Hi there! We’re Jacob and Christal, the faces and hearts behind What’s Up Top. Married for 16 wonderful years, we’ve built our lives on faith, love, and plenty of laughter here in the sunny panhandle of Florida. This store is more than just a business to us; it’s a leap of faith and a testament to God’s provision.

Jacob, our resident artist, brings each design to life. With a background in digital and video game art, he channels his creativity and passion into every piece you see. When he’s not designing, you’ll likely find him under the hood of a car. As a Toyota Master Diagnostic Technician, ASE Master, and Advanced Level Specialist, Jacob’s expertise is second to none. But his greatest achievement? Supporting and loving his family every step of the way.

Christal keeps the wheels turning, both at home and in the business. With over a decade of experience as an accredited optometry billing specialist, her knack for detail and organization is unmatched. But her proudest accomplishment isn’t found on a resume — it’s raising her son Jordan to adulthood, with a little help from Jacob along the way.

Together, we’re combining our talents and experiences to create something meaningful. Each design is a labor of love, reflecting our faith, values, and the joy we find in life’s journey.
